“Being placed on the 3 rd floor for a week after requesting floor one or two 3 months prior was my worst nightmare. The lady at the front desk kept liking and saying there were no other rooms when she checked in 4 rooms to people who I knew personally that were physically fit. I also walked the floor late at night and there were empty rooms. Never again!”

“The owner went above and beyond to accommodate our coffee requirement. He actual brought us a brand new Keurig coffee maker so that we could enjoy our morning coffee during our stay. If the owner is reading this, please check your records because I was charged an extra days stay. I was going to give you a call this weekend anyway. The room was clean and have no complaints. I would book this again.”

“My wife stayed there and had 2 nights booked. After the experience from the first night, she ended up going to a different hotel in another town the second night. The main curtains looking into the room from the outside didn't close and there was a loud banging throughout the night. She slept maybe a total of 45 minutes the 1 night she was there. She did mention the staff was friendly.”

“There was a pad lock on the outside of the only door to the place. It was not a safe place to stay. I called VRBO 10 minutes after I arrived at the place I did not enter. I left and was on the phone with VRBO for at least an hour trying to get a refund. VRBO refused a refund telling me the place was fine to stay in. VRBO did not take me safety into consideration only the opinion of the host. VRBO and the host said to take the lock inside with me but the fact remains that someone could have come...

“Didn’t get to stay there. There is a creek you have to drive over to get to cabin. Was not able to see the bottom and huge rocks to drive over, was not comfortable driving my car over. Had to book a hotel in town. ”
